  • If the order is still pending (not processed or fulfilled), we will:
    • Cancel your order
    • Issue a full refund to your original payment method
    • Send a confirmation email once the cancellation is complete
  • We recommend submitting your cancellation request as early as possible for the best chance of success.

2. Orders Already Shipped

  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
  • However, you may:
  • Return shipping is free for eligible items.

3. Custom or Special Orders

  • Orders with customizations, engravings, or special requests cannot be cancelled once processing has begun.
  • These items are made-to-order and tailored to your specifications.
  • Please review product details and personalization instructions carefully before placing an order.

4. Cancellation Request Window

  • For the highest success rate:
    • Submit your request within 1 hour of placing the order.
    • Requests must be made before 12:00 PM PST (daily processing cut-off).
  • Once an order enters fulfillment, it cannot be stopped or edited.

5. Refund Timeline for Cancelled Orders

  • Approved cancellations are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
  • You will receive a refund confirmation email once your refund is initiated.
  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
