3. Important Notes

  • Return shipping is free if the refund is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item).
  • For returns not caused by our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Refunds are not available for customized, altered, or final-sale items.
  • Orders returned without prior approval or outside the return period will not be accepted.
