Shipping Coverage

  • We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be placed and shipped within the United States.
  • We do not ship to:
    • U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam)
    • Military APO/FPO addresses
    • P.O. Boxes

Processing Time

  • Orders placed Monday–Friday are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST are typically processed the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • Once processed, you will receive an email confirmation with:
    • Tracking number
    • Carrier name
    • Estimated delivery timeframe

Estimated Delivery Time

After processing, delivery time varies by location and carrier:

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays)
  • All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Henderson, Nevada, USA.
  • Delivery times may be affected by:
    • Weather conditions
    • Carrier delays
    • High seasonal demand

  • Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders — no minimum purchase required.
  • No handling fees or hidden charges at checkout.

Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email with:
    • Your tracking number
    • Direct link to the carrier’s tracking page
  • Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.
  • You can monitor your order until delivery is completed.

Order Cancellations

  • Cancellations are possible only before your order enters processing or shipping.
  • To request a cancellation:
    1. Contact our support team immediately by email or phone.
    2. Provide your order number.
  • If your order has already shipped, you must wait until delivery and then request a return under our Return Policy.

Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If your package is:

  • Delayed
  • Delivered to the wrong address
  • Lost in transit
  • Received damaged

You must contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date or expected delivery timeframe so we can:

  • File a claim with the carrier
  • Assist with a resolution
